Good Morning Everyone,

TL;DR: On July 24th we will turn on the first phase of Rawhide package gating,
for single build updates.

How does this interact with the mass rebuild?

Will Fedora 31 release with an unrebuilt package if gating fails?

Mass rebuild happens in a side tag and AFAIK it will just be merged after no matter what gating says. Effectively, it bypasses it.
