I strongly doubt this will be true indefinitely. I expect things will
change pretty quickly once partners can access and file bugs in the
other bug tracker.
I think the word unaffected means something different in what Peter was trying to communicate. It is 'unaffected' by our plans in the same way that we can't easily affect the weather in Brazil. Thus it is not in the scope of things we can say we are ending, adding, changing, moving to a PDP-11 cluster in Devonshire, etc.
