I did recently bootstrap build of rubygem-cucumber [1] in three steps.

1) Update of the Cucumber.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-cucumber/c/dd56251feac749f1729c9ad6b663cc779ea3fa2a?branch=master

2) Bootstrap build enabled.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-cucumber/c/fcf13af7b086c4bd06091ee63e025f57c02f1576?branch=master

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1217092

3) Bootstrap disabled for official build

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rubygem-cucumber/c/6b5855729723d0578a25577a9a70b7e77ac52a41?branch=master

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1217098

Of course the 2nd commit was there just to make the revert commit easier.
