Only the top level task is on armv7... the actual build happened on
 buildvm-ppc64le-10.ppc.fedoraproject.org

When you do a build, koji starts a parent task that takes care of making
the src.rpmm, starting any other arch builds (or noarch) and tagging
when it's done. The actual build(s) are done in a child of that parent.
