It looks like it breaks an API some applications were using, so it got
-3 karma and unpushed. You have already pushed other packages that
depend on this change/api/version? Those should have been attached to
the same single update so they could go out at once.

I guess the options are now:

* Add an Epoch and push out versions of those dependent packages that
are downgraded to not use this new api. Unfortunately, you will also
have to add the Epoch to f29/f30/rawhide.

* Get an exception from FESCo to push this anyhow, knowing that it will
break some API users, but fix other packages.

* Come up with a way to keep the old API working (perhaps a compat
package?) and then push the new one.
