I believe that is exactly what is happening.

Java and everything java related (like ant) is now modular only
and has been orphaned in the non-modular rawhide.

Petr, Stephen, I'm wondering how fast we're able to deliver the "default module streams in the traditional buildroot" functionality for infra builds? Could even we make it on time to make ^^ work?
