Sorry, the rawhide build now fails for me with:

m4 -Ibuiltins/ -DLLVM_VERSION=LLVM_7_0 -DBUILD_OS=UNIX builtins/dispatch.ll | python bitcode2cpp.py builtins/dispatch.ll > objs/builtins-dispatch.cpp

This looks completely unrelated to clang.
