Re: dnf download misbehaving?

Looks like the problem is with fedora updates source repository metadata. I've downloaded metalink from URL
I checked a few mirrors from the list and the content of primary metadata file is somewhat unsatisfying (basically it is empty):

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<metadata xmlns="http://linux.duke.edu/metadata/common" xmlns:rpm="http://linux.duke.edu/metadata/rpm" packages="0">
</metadata>
