Can we use this as an opportunity to work out how to use the blocker bugs process for a megaupdate? Our reputation for providing an up-to-date desktop took a hit last time we did this, so we'll want to provide a GNOME 3.34 megaupdate in October 2019 to compensate for the missing Fedora release there. We'll need a monthslong testing process for this to go smoothly mid-release.
