In case anyone is curious... this issue happened because: Our ansible playbooks for that host for some reason have 'state=latest' for the 'dist-git' package that provides the upload.cgi. I was running all our playbooks to ensure everything was in sync and it upgraded that and broke it. We have determined what in the upgrade broke things and submitted a PR to fix it for the next release, and I have changed our playbook to only require the package be 'present'. Sorry for the hassles. kevin
