I will push it now for Rawhide and F29. F28 and EPEL7 won't get update because of this incompatibility, but if you need it for building updates -- let me know and I will consider pushing it even there.

meson 0.48.0 is causing build failures for my packages in koschei with
the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/meson", line 6, in <module>
from pkg_resources import load_entry_point
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'
It misses runtime dependency on python3-setuptools.
