sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide julia

Dependencies resolved.

 Problem: The operation would result in removing the following protected
packages: dnf

It looks like the julia package bundles some libraries, but does not suppress generation of Provides for those libraries; see https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=15341052.  Possibly problematic Provides:

libLLVM-6.0.so(JL_LLVM_6.0)(64bit)
libccalltest.so()(64bit)
libccalltest.so.debug()(64bit)
libmpfr.so.6()(64bit)
libsuitesparse_wrapper.so()(64bit)
