As I repeatedly said in the past, I consider Flatpaks and similar things against the best interests of a Linux distribution. They encourage bundling, take up unnecessary disk space and rely on package management tools that lacked the basic feature of dependency checking upon removal until very recently[1]. "App store"-like experience is not what I would like to see in Fedora.
