nextcloud-client 2.5: help for updating qt syslibs patch

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi there. I am testing nextcloud-client 2.5 beta 1 [0], and I am in troubles with syslib patch[1]. This patch has been produced some time ago by previous owncloud-client maintainers, and I simply replicate it on every new release of the software client.
By the way, on 2.5.0 this patch triggers some compilation errors [2] [3], whereas disabling the patch on compilation time, lets the compilation to be successfully completed [4].

Concerning the errors in [2][3], I made some attempts of fixing
connect(this, &SharedTools::QtSingleApplication::messageReceived, this, &Application::slotParseMessage);
put they only leaded to more deeper errors. Since I am not very confident with qt libs, I am looking for some suggestions about how to improve the patch file

Thank you for your time
