This release contains updated version of kernel, podman and cockpit.
Another noticeable change is that AMIs for all regions are now migrated
successfully to use longer resource IDs including eu-central-1 and sa-east-1.
Adding to that https://getfedora.org/en/atomic/download/ now includes
download link for ppc64le and aarch64 images as well.
