I think this is interesting. I was looking for an ESP on bootable RAID solution a few months ago and immediately ruled this solution out because deprecation and assumption that anaconda would use the new format. It's interesting that this is the solution anaconda went with. I can't remember what else I discovered in reading the manual last.
