awesome, I was about to do the same, therefore I added myself as second
owner to express that I will support this. Do you have an opinion about
what to do with ~/bin, IMHO it should be prioritized, too. I am not sure
if there is a real use case to keep it with lower priority. If there is,
then I will add it to the proposal.
