No - the backend is github and if you look at the details
it is looking at ceph/ceph on github:

  https://github.com/ceph/ceph/releases

The other URL is just the specified home page, not where
it is looking.

And you can use %forgemeta in your spec to help it find github releases
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Forge-hosted_projects_packaging_automation
