If you pull up the 'Edit' page you can check the settings
for ceph.  It's using the GitHub backend, and it's looking
for tags with a prefix of v.  On GitHub there is a v13.0.2
tag here:

    https://github.com/ceph/ceph/releases

The http://download.ceph.com/tarballs/ link is the
"homepage" in the release-monitoring.org settings.  It seems
like changing that to https://ceph.com would be better.
