James are you ok with the idea to keep just NC in Fedora? I there is people than still want OC maybe then can take care or maintain it.

Let's get both updated and then we can decide from there. 

I will provide a migration path though... that is absolutely critical to my commitment to the users to not actively break things or leave anyone stranded. 

If I get continuing help once we're caught up it'll be much easier to keep both updated. 

For those that want to leap ahead, there will be COPR repos to do so... and that will simplify the updates needed in fedora itself.
