https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1554279 (fixed with
gcc-8.0.1-0.18.fc28) blocks builds packages using the gdal library, so
an update (and override) would be useful

Makes sense, FE blocker would be useful for that then.
