Just request the f28 as you would for any branches (you may want to request
master as well while at it :)).

Done! It's fixed now (although the master branch seems to have re-appeared in its own). Thank you!

Seeing the chatter on the list earlier, it seems fedrepo_req will work better
for f28 for the moment.
