the wireshark-gtk is no longer supported by the upstream since

will be dropped and no longer provided. This change should appear in
Fedora 29.

You might want to fix the packaging... Installing that on F27 produces script noise:

failed to read link /usr/sbin/wireshark: No such file or directory
the primary link for wireshark must be /usr/sbin/wireshark
warning: %post(wireshark-qt-1:2.4.4-1.fc27.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 2
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package wireshark-qt
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package wireshark-qt

I believe that wireshark-gtk has been doing the same for some time.

As best I can figure you are trying to use alternatives to manage
the /usr/sbin/wireshark command as a link to one or the other but
alternatives is upset that nothing has created an initial value for
that link or something.
