I'm the co-maintainer of 'cmake'. Let me check as as soon as Pagure
becomes accessible again.

You know if maintainer and co-maintainers will be always reacting after +month only after trying contact using a pressure of public communication, only this could makes work on many packages even using git completely pointless (now my PR needs to be rediffied and maybe only some small bits will be possible to commit by cherry picking exact commits).
Looks like there is no any contact with primary cmake maintainer from quite long time.
Only by this looks like already cmake.spec is quite messy.
So whatever you will do I still will be trying to takeover this package as none of the co-maintainers started this up to now and none of them reacted (doing proper actions) on PRs and/or bugzilla tickets.
