Self Introduction: James Paul Turner

Good day all.

I write to introduce myself to the wider Fedora devel community. Since
I have a bit of a vested interest in keeping the MPFR package going
strong, and would like to volunteer myself as a package maintainer.

My name is James, and I am am studying numerical methods as my PhD
thesis at the University of Sussex, UK. I am a Fedora user, C, C++ and
Python developer and author of an open source range analysis library
(MPFA; https://github.com/jamesturner246/mpfa), which makes heavy use
of MPFR. (on a separate note, I would like to eventually make this
library available in the Fedora repositories).

I have everything ready for an update to MPFR 3.1.6, I believe; all I
need now is sponsorship. Here is a link to my Bugzilla review request:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1528781
I am happy to answer any questions, and any comments or feedback will
be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, and I look forward to working with you. Happy holidays!
