Yeah, so I just realized that the repoquery was wrong, I should have
queried for BuildRequires, because it's a header-only library. But the
following gives nothing nonetheless:
dnf repoquery --repo=rawhide --arch src --alldeps --whatrequires
i2c-tools-devel
