AIUI the builders run with SELinux disabled.  Has this changed?

Is there a particular reason for this? I'd think Permissive would be a better option, so that any issues can be noted and (potentially) resolved down the line.

I don't think the policy plays nicely with chroots, so you probably wouldn't get any useful data anyway.
