Hi Ben, I like your idea of providing a short goal statement. I do not believe it is beneficial to add more hard requirements for candidates. There are already not enough candidates in my opinion. It is a voluntary position. One important factor why I volunteered as a candidate is to give people a choice and to help where help is needed. From what I understand your proposal would make the election moot because it would make Justin the only eligible candidate.
