Is that a problem? Processors are speeding up faster than media are getting larger -- thus, trdsing clocks for space seems like the right thing.

I'm open to counterargument here -- I just want to be sure you've thought through the tradeoffs completely.



Is memory a bigger problem than cpu? How about broadband vs. dialup?

I have no clue where the balance points are. My rpm job is objective measurements
through insturmentation, and as reliable and stable an implementation as possible.
