Re: "sustmi" GNOME Shell packages should be orphaned -- I'd like to take over

How do we proceed from here? I see the wiki talks about how to voluntarily orphan one's own package, and how to take over a package that has *been* orphaned. But I don't see instructions about how to declare a clearly abandoned package as orphaned.
