They're being sent to 389-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (whatever that is). I can see in the mail headers that they're passing through Fedora's SMPT servers and failing spam checks. I assume the spam checks lose out to Kevin being subscribed to the list.
