I think my idea is a bit different than that - the target audience for this plugin would be users who want to test a Bodhi update to provide Karma, or users who want to apply only a specific update to their system (before or after it's gone stable). It could be used for security updates, but it could also be used to install a bugfix or even an enhancement update. The --security flag does sound very useful though, thanks for sharing!
