+1. Being molested by EPEL bugs has annoyed me ever since Fedora exists.

All in all, I think modularity causes more problems than it solves. There
are major practical advantages of having global release branches with a
global lifetime.

+1. I do not see any sense in this plan and consider it to be not helpful.
