I've read the linked wiki page, and I still don't understand what I'm supposed to *do*.
That's a false positive issue from f-r. For Fedora <= 23 running
`glib-compile-schemas`-scriptlets was mandatory; for Fedora >= 24 it is
discouraged.
The quoted wiki-page clearly states: This scriptlet SHOULD NOT be used
in Fedora 24 or later.
So simply keep your package "as is", pick up the gschema-files and
without the scriptlets. Or put in guarded scriptlets, if you want to
build for EPEL7, too:
