A quick status update here on the packages not yet rebuilt:
- Packages which are stuck due to depending directly or indirectly on
numpy whose GCC7 rebuild failed due to a test failure in ppc64le:

mapnik
OpenImageIO
python-mapnik
Several of these also depend on Boost, which has been updated in the
f26-boost side tag, so if you build them in f26 we'll just have to do
it again anyway when the new boost lands.
Please wait until boost-1.63.0 has been merged back to f26 (which will
almost certainly be before there's a new GCC that allows them to
build, but if not, please wait for boost).
