haldaemon was HAL:

whose functionality was taken over by udev, years ago.

beagleindex (from the other list) was for the Beagle desktop search
system:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beagle_(software)

which died long ago and is functionally replaced by tracker in current
Fedora. So both of those can certainly go.
