Thanks for looking at it! With your suggested BuildRequires, scratch builds on Koji succeed for both F24 and F25, but the resulting F24 RPM has the same broken ghc() dependency as my local build. Since there's no reason that it needs to be built for F24, I'll only plan on pushing updates for F25 and EPEL7.
