Well, your view - I have been using netinst-ISOs only, in recently years ;)

Do you burn them to actual physical spinning optical media?

Nowadays, I usually put them on USB-sticks or SDCards. However I also have to admit having resorted to using optical media on very rare exceptional conditions.
