CMake builds are fixed for both Rawhide and fc25; rebuilding Cmake was a bit tricky, because of an inter-circular dependency on CMake, which is caused by qt5-rpm-macros requires Cmake…

cmake-3.6.2-6.fc26 and cmake-3.6.2-6.fc25 have been correctly rebuild against libjsoncpp.so.11 and are waiting to hit the build-repos.
