An update on this. We have frozen the DOM bindings API; it's no longer
autogenerated. We're marking all unstable DOM API that's actually used
by applications as stable, and removing the rest of the unstable API.
WebKitGTK+ 2.16 will no longer have any unstable API.

Accordingly, I've changed my mind about creating a wiki page, as going
forward the API/ABI guarantee is very simple: we don't break either.

Until then, we'll continue to take care of affected applications
(Epiphany, Evolution, Yelp).
