We have frozen the DOM bindings API; it's no longer autogenerated. We're marking all unstable DOM API that's actually used by applications as stable, and removing the rest of the unstable API. WebKitGTK+ 2.16 will no longer have any unstable API. Accordingly, I've changed my mind about creating a wiki page, as going forward the API/ABI guarantee is very simple: we don't break either. Until then, we'll continue to take care of affected applications (Epiphany, Evolution, Yelp).
