I think it will while they are running, but not after the fact. 

You can have FMN ( https://apps.fedoraproject.org/notifications/ ) mail
or irc query you for all your scratch builds. 

You can also find all scratch builds of yours that were successful: 
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/scratch/<yourusername>

and you should be able to query datagrepper for any also
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/raw?topic=buildsys.build.state.change
