Eh, I could help. I don't do anything very fancy with it, and my small simple UPS is on my mailserver, which I don't really want to do a lot of powerfail testing on, but at least I have it in use. So I could help with EPEL if you want; generally though, packages like this don't get rebased or updated much in EPEL so I doubt it's much work.
