Follow the instructions at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life
I'd also recommend contacting the maintainer of the one that is sticking around
and asking them to add an Obsoletes: for your version, so that anyone who ended
up installing it gets migrated onto the correct one.
