It is (1). releng already knows that broken dependencies are missing,
and they're working to get it back. For readability issues you can file
tickets (or pull requests!) at https://pagure.io/compose-utils ;.

Note that I'm currently working to add the image checks from the
"compose check report"s to this email, then the "compose check report"
emails would just be openQA status emails.
