Unfortunately we missed a piece of the puzzle here.

Bug 1303034 - rpm macro expansion works incorrectly 
              when looping over a long list using lua
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1303034

We need this fixed in F24 and pushed into the buildroots
to unblock building glibc.
