So it is from dwz - debug info postprocessor:

It would be good to make it reproducible, you can also file it to Fedora
component dwz.

I am observing this warning in many (all?) of my local mock build.logs.

Browse through the build.logs of arch'ed packages in koji. I picked a few at random and saw this warning in _all_ of them.

Your latest gdb-build also has it: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/gdb/7.11/55.fc24/data/logs/x86_64/build.log

So, I thinks this is very reproducible ;)
