It's very strange, because this link was missing for me too, but I made it work by going to the "history" tab and selecting the current revision. Then go to "packaging" tab, and lo-and-behold the section appears. That was yesterday. Today I visited the page, and again, the section is missing! But going through the process above makes it appear again. So there's some very strange caching going on. I'm not sure what, because *clearing* my browser cache makes the section go away ...
