Actually, renaming qt to qt4 should be fairly easy, and probably should be 
done now (in fact, should have been done for F22), it's just a matter of a 
rename and Obsoletes/Provides.

Of course, the issue becomes more complicated when you have a whole bunch of 
packages such as python* (which is also why it was decided to not do the 
qt5-* → qt-* dance, unlike how the Qt 3 to 4 transition was handled, where 
qt was renamed to qt3 and qt4 to qt).
