I realize, the pkgdb doesn't reflect reality. It seems to contain lots of "zombie maintainers". At least, I see people listed of whom I know to have left Fedora years ago, some of them even after a FESCO AWOL.

Looks seems to me as if Fedora doesn't have a proper "checkout from Fedora" process, which is gradually turning pkgdb into a "zombie maintainer" graveyard.
