Are you sure the owners list you used is current? I stepped down as fakeroot maintainer and removed myself many months ago.
Also, I noticed a number of maintainers on your list, whose accounts should have been closed down (AWOL) and their package ownership probably be removed (athimm is one example of such case, chitlesh would be another one). What's going on here?
